The newest project in downtown Clinton is the Elks/Kreisler's complex. It is a unique combination of non-profit organization and private enterprise working together in a new and innovative way to achieve redevelopment. The new building was designed to meet historic guidelines previously established by the City of Clinton. New construction should not be a reproduction of historic properties, but have its own personality and be compatible as much as possible. The entire community is very proud of the Elks/Kreisler effort and appreciate their commitment to downtown Clinton.

Removal of the tin front and restoration of the original brick facade as well as extensive interior renovations makes this building a real jewel on the downtown Square. Some of our most recent projects in downtown Clinton include Johns, Lilleston & Mitchell; Consalus Funeral Home; Clinton City Hall at the corner of Ohio and Main; and the office building at 207 S. Washington; We are proof that historic buildings and new construction can live side by side in harmony with a little planning. Much building and renovating is going on right now and we are pleased these businesses have chosen downtown for their home!
